Kirstie and Phil revisit two sets of first-time buyers. Newly engaged couple Isobel Phillips and Chris Martin were desperate to find their dream family home in the Cotswolds. While on London's Southbank, 18-year-old student Claire Winshipp was looking to spend a £1.7 million budget on a riverside apartment. Claire is in a wheelchair, and wanted to buy herself some independence and a home in a lively area.
