Kirstie and Phil are back to visit two sets of househunters. In Yorkshire, they catch up with Trudi and Steve, who previously lived in Edinburgh and relocated to be close to Steve's family. In Luton, meanwhile, community artist Zena was living with her parents and desperate to get a home of her own. Has she been able to get her foot on the property ladder?
