Fuine na Nollaige

Mairi MacRitchie is in a country house in Skye, where she enlists the help of three skilled cooks and bakers to prepare a festive feast. On the menu along with a five-course meal are a selection of festive cakes, pies and bread including a marzipan-filled stollen, mince pies and a Christmas cake. Also, the cooks share their ideas for edible gifts and decorations as well as recipes for cocktails and canapés.
