Sniper (1993)

An experienced army sergeant and an Olympic marksman become unlikely allies in the hunt for a Panamanian drugs baron when they are secretly dispatched to track and assassinate their target deep in his jungle hideaway. Closing in on his quarry, the sporting champion turned sniper begins to fear the impending confrontation where he must kill for the first time but, forced on by his companion, he knows there is no turning back.
