Just Like Heaven (2005)

Still grieving the loss of his long-dead wife, architect David Abbott moves into a new apartment. Unfortunately, the previous tenant, workaholic doctor Elizabeth Masterson hasn't quite finished with it. After working a 26-hour shift, Elizabeth is involved in a nasty car accident and begins to haunt her old apartment.
