Dead Calm (1989)

A doctor and his young wife, recovering from a family tragedy, embark on a yachting trip and rescue the sole survivor of a half-sunken schooner. The man claims all his companions were struck down by food poisoning, but when the doctor rows over to the wreck, he is horrified to discover the dead are all victims of a maniacal killer.
