Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans (2009)

Following a minor act of heroism in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans cop Terrence McDonagh receives both a promotion and a back injury that leaves him in constant pain. When prescription drugs fail to cut the mustard, McDonagh begins imbibing every illegal narcotic he can get his hands on, beginning an epic descent into corruption and lawlessness.
