Wire in the Blood

A murderer and former student of Tony's is released from prison and thrust willingly into the media spotlight. Tony believes the man has not been rehabilitated and is still a danger to society, a suspicion given credence when three deaths bearing the hallmark of the murderer's handiwork occur. Can this man be the killer given that he is now disabled?
