Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (2001)

Jimmy Neutron is a boy-genius who lives in the 50s town of Retroville with his parents and his faithful robotic dog Goddard. When he's not launching satellites, he's inventing a shrinking ray that reduces his teacher in size, but when aliens arrive and hoover up all the town's adults, its up to Jimmy to lead the kids into outer space on a rescue mission.
