DramaA policeman who deals with juvenile delinquents, visits the Murphy household after a theft. There he meets their older sister, Cathie, and begins a romance with her. Johnnie her brother is the leader of a gang, and doesn't like to see his sister with a cop. Gradually, Truman links Johnnie and a string of local arsons.
