At the Blue Cross in Grimsby, Labrador Scooby is in to have some lumps removed from around his eye, and scaredy-cat Wotsit finally makes it in for his jabs. Receptionist Hannah has overcome a major hurdle in starting her vet nurse training, and she is helping in the kennels. Vet Alison is in theatre with an unusually tiny patient: Squeaky the rat has a growth in his stomach that needs removing.
