Landscape Artist of the Year

Following the success of the `Portrait Artist of the Year' comes this competition series that narrows down the best talent amongst an aspiring group of landscape artists. Joan Bakewell and Frank Skinner are the presenters and are joined by the judging panel of Tai Shan Schierenberg, Kathleen Soriano and Kate Bryan. The contest has teamed up with the National Trust who offer the prestigious prize of adding the winner's work permanently into their art collection. In each episode the contestants are taken to different National Trust locations for inspiration, as they undertake the set challenges.
