Two foodie sisters from London, Kavita and Sangeeta, are cooking up a storm in the kitchen today. They are both have busy lives and would love to get some new ideas for quick, tasty meals that they can make when they get home after a long day. Kavita is in the Green Pepper kitchen with the always inventive chef Jeremy Pang and Sangeeta is in the Red Tomato kitchen with Mediterranean maestro Akis Petretzikis. But which sister will come out on top and take home the Ready Steady Cook hamper?
