Jerusalem

The first part of a two-part documentary examining the 4,000-year-old story of Jerusalem. Though it was not the capital of a powerful kingdom and had no military or strategic significance, it was a place visited by untold numbers of Jews, Christians and Muslims all looking for God. Understandably there is little left to testify to Jerusalem's earliest years, but the history of the city can still be told.
