Nikki is doing things in reverse by making engagement rings for an already married couple using gemstones that prove to be problematic. Meanwhile, Mr Freeze is having less luck valuing a gemstone that could be worth more than a million pounds. In the workshop, David has his work cut out with some missing opals but manages to put a smile on customer Carol's face, bringing the fix in on budget. There are wins and losses on the sell counter as Tracy's eyes light up for some gold jewellery.
