Gok welcomes Gina and Oskar, who move jewellery maker Nikki to tears as she creates a bespoke wedding ring from their family's heirlooms for their long overdue nuptials. Mr Freeze is not only given a lesson in haggling by customer Suzanne, as she manages to fetch a price she's more than happy with, but another customer impresses him in the art of salesmanship whilst looking to sell some Brazilian emeralds.
