Highly Dangerous (1951)

Frances Gray is a prim entomologist recruited by the British secret service to investigate an obscure Balkan state's attempt to develop biological weapons. Unfortunately, she runs into trouble when she shares a train carriage with Anton Razinski, who realises she's carrying scientific equipment. Framing her for murder, she is injected with a truth serum. Despite this, she escapes, teaming up with a journalist.
