River Cottage: Spring

In this final programme, the peas are ready to pod, the gooseberries are nearly at their pickable peak and Hugh harvests the wet garlic. Spring is poised to turn into summer and the `River Cottage' team hold a fair. They gather to make elderflower champagne and the night before the fair, the Bristol families join them to spit roast spring pigs, lamb and goat.
