The Ghost of Greville Lodge (2000)

Family ghost story in which a teenager who has only ever lived in children's homes is invited to stay at his great uncle's house, where he notices that there is a great sadness hanging over his great uncle and the housekeeper. He begins to explore the mysterious, labyrinthine house - and discovers locked doors that hide dark secrets.
