Paul meets a man who boasts of making a small fortune by illegally selling steroids and prescription-only pills. He also plants one of his undercover team in a supermarket doing a roaring blackmarket trade in smuggled cigarettes and under-the-counter medicine... before revealing his true identity in a series of stings.
