Judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace are joined by renowned chef, Theo Randall. Previously awarded a Michelin star when he was head chef at the River Café, Theo is now the proprietor of Theo Randall at The Intercontinental. The six amateur cooks are set a brief by Theo to create one outstanding dish inspired by Italian cuisine and they have just 90 minutes to prep and cook it.
