Time Team

The team have been invited to Applecross to excavate a broch, a monumental stone tower that was amongst one of the largest Iron Age structures in Britain. Brochs have a unique design of two massive circular stone walls so they should be easy to spot. With power lines directly overhead ruling out the possibility of a mechanical dig beneath the heavy stone rubble, there's only one thing left to do: remove tons of rock by hand.
