Pingu and the Hose

Pingu discovers that he can throw his voice by speaking through a hose and funnel. Soon he is playing tricks on Robby, Pinga, Father and Grandfather by making them believe that fish or snowmen are talking to them, but they get their own back - and give Pingu an almighty fright.
