Phil Spencer: Secret Agent

Phil Spencer is in Bath, helping Robert and Angela, who've had their place on the market for an incredible five years. He also meets Sam and Maria, who have been trying to sell for ten months, with no luck. Phil thinks it's because their garden looks like a builder's yard and due to there being unfinished jobs in almost every room.
