Location, Location, Location

Previously, Sarah and Dom dreamed of trading one capital for another. They brought with them a baby son, a £600,000 budget and Dom's dream of having his very own music studio. One year on, Phil's returns to see if Dom's demands for a music room were just a pipe dream.
