Jamie's Ministry of Food

Jamie wants to persuade local firms to lay on cooking classes for their workers, taught by his new cooks, and he gets welcome support from the local council to open a shop to pass on his new recipes. Meanwhile, in a local hospital, he's shown the reality of the obesity epidemic for the NHS: expensive super-size beds and winches for patients weighing over 40 stone.
