Jamie's American Road Trip

Jamie joins alligator-hunting grandmother, Sydnie Mae Durand, who teaches him how to hunt alligator the local way, setting traps and shooting the alligator before skinning and cooking it. Jamie also tries to help get a local bistro back on its feet again by mucking in with cooking a Louisiana feast for a hundred guests.
