Jamie at Home

Jamie turns his attention to eggs. Jamie collects the eggs that his free range hens have laid and heads for the kitchen. He makes a delicious homemade egg tagliatelle and an omelette salad with bresaola. Following on from his programme about the poultry industry, Jamie starts some former battery hens off on their journey to a free-range life. His final recipe is a delicious meringue with hot pears and chocolate sauce.
