John Russell and Edward Robinson return to Ashtead in Surrey to catch up with Liz and Ian Dobson and their two children Phoebe and Fred. On their first visit, the family had been forced to move out of their Victorian cottage after attempts to build an extension had uncovered serious structural problems.
