Country Show Cook Off

On the final leg of their road trip, Ed Baines and Valentine Warner arrive in Nidderdale in North Yorkshire and they both hope to win the day - and the week - with their date and walnut scone entries at the Nidderdale Show. They make a visit to nearby food hero Susannah Vickers, who runs a mobile baking service, sharing her passion and teaching others to bake delicious bread.
