Country Show Cook Off

Passionate Italian and seasoned restauranteur Aldo Zilli and Bulgarian born chef de patron of Mayfair's Quince, Silvena Rowe, hit the road in their classic Citroen van in a culinary cook-off that takes them to several of Britain's best loved country shows. They start at Nevern on the beautiful South Wales coast, where they enter a savoury supper dish into the Nevern Agricultural and Horticultural Show.
