Highland GP Mary Fortune spends three months working at an Aboriginal clinic in Kununurra, Western Australia, one of the most remote towns in the Australian Outback. Having originally visited the country in 2008 as part of BBC series Desperately Seeking Doctors, she returns two years later to help a deprived community where the average life expectancy is 42 - but is taken aback by the insanitary conditions she encounters on a local housing estate.
