Irena Magdolowic hosts the second round of the culinary contest in Edinburgh, and believes her experience as a catering manager will provide her with the necessary skills to claim the £1,000 prize. However, having been bored by chatter the previous night, she bans political conversation at the dinner table, and instead decides to provide her guests with a spot of traditional dance from her native Poland.
