Silent Predators (1999)

Vic Rondellia is the new fire chief in the sleepy California town of Catalonia, and he's got a deadly dilemma on his hands. The town's residents are being plagued by rattlesnakes. It's perplexing at first, especially as the town is filled with construction crews working on a large residential development. When one of the town's teenagers is killed by a horde of venomous snakes, Vic races to discover where the snakes are coming from.
