My Soul to Take (2010)

In the town of Riverton, legend tells of a serial killer who promised he would come back to murder the seven children born the same night he died. Sixteen years later, residents are disappearing again and only one of the kids knows if the psychopath has been reincarnated as one of the seven teens or if he survived the night he was left for dead.
