Last Action Hero (1993)

Eleven-year-old Danny is given a magic ticket by a strange projectionist and is transported into the cinema screen. Thanks to his advance knowledge of the plot, he is able to help his silver-screen hero out of an awkward situation and becomes his partner. There's trouble in store for the unlikely duo when the villain tries to seize the magic ticket.
