Kidnapped: 48 Hours of Terror (2010)

A woman's plan to elope to Las Vegas with her boyfriend ends in tragedy when he leaves her to die and takes the money they had embezzled. Years later, their daughter needs a kidney transplant, so he resorts to kidnapping his teenage niece to obtain a suitable organ.
