Extract (2009)

The proprietor of a prospering flavour-extract company Joel Reynolds feels his perfect life isn't quite as perfect as it should be. As his sex-less marriage to wife Suzie drives him to distraction, a freak workplace accident leaves one of his employees, Step, minus a testicle. As beautiful con artist Cindy joins the staff and persuades Step to sue Joel for an enormous payday, Joel's world begins to fall apart.
