Born to Raise Hell (2010)

An Interpol Agent is sent to the Balkans to target gun and drug traffickers, but while dealing with a Russian gun dealer, his team finds itself in the middle of a street war between the Russians and a rival gang, which results in the death of his friend, whom he swears to avenge.
